This golden bike is a true jewel, designed with the values of class, craftsmanship, and beauty that have inspired Colnago's work since 1954.

Based on the C68 frame, the Colnago Gioiello is a special and limited edition of 50 numbered examples created to celebrate the 106th Giro d'Italia, the cycling race that made appreciation of the Bel Paese so widespread.

The Gioiello's iconic spirals are inspired by the Trofeo Senza Fine, and its golden finish is decorated entirely in gold leaf. In addition to the golden finish, the Gioiello is characterized by a fork with a dedicated texture, featuring an elegant pattern that presents the Ace of Clubs, the Colnago symbol, in a more refined key.

The same design is repeated on the saddle, created in collaboration with Selle Italia, and on the handlebar tape.

Other details that ennoble the Colnago Gioiello are the rear derailleur cage with oversize pulleys printed in titanium 3D, treated with a special golden TiN cover finish, the handlebar caps and the through-axle caps worked in gold leaf, the Ace of Clubs embossed on the front of the head tube, and the hand-assembled wheels spokes, also with a golden finish.

The Gioiello is the maximum expression of ‘Made in Italy’, created to tell the world about Italian artistic flair. Its frame is that of the C68, the Colnago bicycle dedicated to the Italian tradition of carbon parts craftsmanship, enriched by a gold leaf finish that gives it a warm, luminous, and elegant color.

Each frame has a unique finish, because of the very nature of the process, which requires that the gold leaf be applied each time by hand, without following a predefined program, making each Colnago Gioiello individual.

The Colnago pattern represents the other characteristic finishing of Gioiello, made up of lines, crosses, and the repetition of the Ace of Clubs, the Colnago logo, according to different patterns.

The Colnago Gioiello is produced in only 50 units, making it one of the rarest Colnago bikes. With its unique design and components, including a 3D printed bottle cage covered in gold leaf, the Colnago Gioiello is a rare and precious gem that celebrates the pinnacles of Italian manufacturing.
